Replace the hardcoded $ENTRY_TOKEN-$KERNEL_VERSION pattern with $KERNEL_INSTALL_ENTRY_NAME, which is resolved by kernel-install from the entry_name_format= setting. Falls back to $ENTRY_TOKEN-$KERNEL_VERSION when the variable is not set, for compatibility with older kernel-install.
