Define the interface component providers implement to feed systemd-sysupdate with component definitions: ListTargets() returns the components a provider offers as targets of class 'component', in the same format as ListTargets() of the io.systemd.SysUpdate interface, and DescribeTarget() the full definition of one of them, i.e. its target object, features and transfers. The types mirror sysupdate.components(5), sysupdate.features(5) and sysupdate.d(5) one to one, reusing the Target type of the io.systemd.SysUpdate interface. Also define the directory systemd-sysupdate will look for provider sockets in.
