Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek ab1dfd25f8 coredump: parse the command line with OptionParser
The three operation modes were selected by comparing argv[1] with
"--backtrace", "--check-requirements", and "--manager", and no other option
was understood. Define them as proper options in parse_argv() and describe
the program with COMMAND(), which adds -h/--help, --version, and
--introspect-cli. The metadata passed by the kernel, or after --backtrace,
is returned by the parser as positional arguments, so coredump_backtrace()
and coredump_kernel_helper() now take that list instead of raw argv.
Specifying more than one mode is now an error, and --check-requirements and
--manager reject positional arguments. The kernel helper mode is unchanged.

Options are only recognized before the first positional argument. The
kernel passes the core_pattern fields after the mode option, and some of
them, like the hostname, are controlled by the crashing process, so they
must never be interpreted as options.
