hwdb: fix slash/question key on ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Gen Brazilian keyboard

On the Brazilian (ABNT2) keyboard of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Gen
(machine type 20KG, product name 20KGS37329) the "/ ?" key next to the
right Shift emits the scancode of the right Control key (e0 1d, 0x9d),
so the key is interpreted as a modifier and never produces a character.
This keyboard has no separate right Control key.

Map the scancode to KEY_RO, which xkb exposes as <AB11> (slash/question
in the br layout). Same quirk and fix as the existing entry for the
ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 AMD Brazilian keyboard, so the match is added to
that entry.
