docs: archive historical verification and release inventories (#7519)
Retire redundant historical JSON copies from the active documentation tree after verifying identical published release snapshots and an immutable route-report archive. Preserve current release data, original evidence, release publication logic and historical access. Validation: 48 release tests; documentation conformance and rendered archive link/digest; Git blob/SHA-256 checks; selected current-head CI passed. Greptile: 5/5 with no actionable findings. Codex GitHub review unavailable due quota. Closes #7517.
