remove deprecated pkg/atomicwriter
The atomicwriter utilities were moved to a separate package in commit7864454792(v28.0.0), which in its turn was moved to a separate module in6422ff2804(v28.1.0). Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <github@gone.nl>
