Paolo Bonzini ad432c5095 simplify run_mypy.py ...

Drop the manual list of modules, and just add the mesonbuild/
directory.  This adds __init__.py, _pathlib.py and mesonlib.py,
which were previously not included.  _pathlib.py needs
workarounds for Python versions up to 3.11.
