The error for a signing secret holding shell text only reached agent.log and
errors.log, so an operator watching the console of hermes serve or hermes
dashboard saw nothing and was only signed out on every restart. Print one line
on stderr the first time such a secret is ignored in a process. The line names
the setting and the fix but never the configured value.
