Teknium df3f49118d chore(catalog): review disclosure for understudy 2026-11-05 11:51:22 -08:00
stffinfctiandDevin f73a09ee83 plugin-catalog: add understudy

replays sampled past decisions on candidate models through ctx.llm, has a
blind judge compare each step with what the current model did, and reports
takeover rate, misses and projected cost.
