plugin-catalog: bump browserless to 0.1.2

Re-pin the browserless entry to 600a5d689fa3f5bdcb5676ffc063b56d18e9bd7c
(version 0.1.2), add the catalog banner (image pinned to the same
commit), and disclose the plugin's connection User-Agent.
