plugin-catalog: ld-workbench card image, re-pin to e502204

Adds the 1200x600 catalog card (docs/card.png) and re-pins sha and
screenshot URLs to e502204, which only adds docs/card.png and its
HTML source; the reviewed plugin code is identical to 9b25c6f.
