feat(plugin-catalog): add courier-by-autolane

Replaces the optional-mcps entry: Courier by Autolane ships as a portable
Agent Plugins v1 package (Autolane/hermes-courier-plugin), pinned at
65027e6. Adds the contributor email mapping.
