fix(sessions): record transcript_revision in the salvage schema history

1fc1999769 added sessions.transcript_revision (GW-18) without an event in
hermes_cli/session_schema_history.py, so page-level salvage could not infer the layout of
any sessions row written by this build: test_layout_inference_survives_every_derived_id_shape
left 38 rows unrecognized, and test_replayed_history_ends_at_current_schema[sessions] failed.
Appended event 32 at the end, as the module asks; no older event is touched.
