Support for '-m', '-F', '-c', or '-C' options to supply a commit log
message from outside the editor has been added for all 'git commit
--fixup' variations.

* ec/commit-fixup-options:
  commit: allow -c/-C for all kinds of --fixup
  commit: allow -m/-F for all kinds of --fixup
