Merge branch 'yn/worktree-add-no-dwim-with-b' into jch

'git worktree' add did not prevent DWIM behavior when '-b' or '-B'
was specified, which has been corrected.

* yn/worktree-add-no-dwim-with-b:
  worktree add: shouldn't dwim if -b or -B is given
