avformat/asfdec_f: simplify get_tag/get_value usage
get_tag() only behaves differently for the BOOLs of Extended Content Description Object, so lets adjust the type there instead of passing BOOL width for all calls. Similar to what asfdec_o does. Signed-off-by: Marton Balint <cus@passwd.hu>
