In the review, it was pointed out that the generated JSON lists the option "--echo" twice. And indeed, the data was written in a way where we first said that --echo has an optional argument, and then listed -e/--echo a second time. Let's remove this duplication, which also causes the second copy to be listed as '-e' in the introspection data. This is the only case where we were producing a duplicate 'id'.
