Paul Meyer 33b6e7547c test: skip ProtectSystem/ProtectHome checks in coverage builds ...

Coverage images ship a service.d drop-in that sets ProtectSystem=no and
ProtectHome=no for all services so gcov can write its *.gcda files. It
overrides the settings of transient units, so testcase_exec_sandbox
(4705e24b4e) always failed in the coverage workflow. Skip the checks
of the effective values and the live sandbox unit when COVERAGE_BUILD_DIR
is set, like TEST-07-PID1.exec-context does (e98f7f9122).
