Christian Brauner b012d97710 mount-util: always set OPEN_TREE_CLOEXEC in the open_tree() helpers ...

open_tree_attr_with_fallback() and open_tree_try_drop_idmap() hand the
flags to open_tree() as is. Set OPEN_TREE_CLOEXEC in both of them, like
our open helpers do, and drop it from the callers.
