Yu Watanabe 2589102833 networkctl: display DHCP client state and lease timestamps in status output (#41112) ...

Show DHCPv4/v6 client state (e.g. "bound", "renewing") and lease receipt
timestamps in `networkctl status` output, giving users visibility into
DHCP lease lifecycle without having to grep journal logs.

Displayed as:
