Yu Watanabe 1c16c462b5 bash-completion/cgtop: several fixlets ...

- Missing '--' for compgen, and '-o nospace' and '-o dirnames' are
  for compopt rather than compgen,
- add missing '-1' completion.
- argument of --cpu is optional, hence it must be concatenated with '=',
- drop unnecessary assignments for cur and prev.
