systemd-home-fallback-shell is a multicall alias of homectl which
chainloads the user's real shell, passing the command line through.
Everything on it is meant for that shell, in particular "-c COMMAND" as
passed by sshd, so unknown options must not be rejected. Hence use
common_parse_argv_passthrough(), which handles the common options only if
nothing else is on the command line, and leaves everything else to the
shell.
With that, the alias mostly passes the check-help and check-version tests.
