The general goal is to have uniform interface for all programs, in particular calling our program with --help or --introspect-cli should always work, and should not, for example, create a local directory --help/, like our generators did before. Also, even if a program does not have a man page, it should at least carry a one-line description so that a user can identify what the binary does. After this is added, all programs support the same interface, so let's just extend the unit tests with a check that --help/--version/--introspect-cli works for all programs that we install.
