Daan De Meyer 643b93185c Extend the AI policy a bit ...

Inspired by the text from https://github.com/jj-vcs/jj/blob/main/AI_POLICY.md.

- We add a section on not using LLM's to communicate.
- We relax the language on using AI to design/write code a bit. The main emphasis
  is put on understanding what you're submitting. It's fine if AI designed it
  and wrote it, but you as the author are supposed to fully understand and be able
  to answer questions about it.
