Christian Brauner 554e747b3f tree-wide: drop O_CLOEXEC from calls to our open helpers ...

Everyone of our open helpers now opens file descriptors close-on-exec by
default. Drop all the explicit O_CLOEXEC invocations.

test-label.c stops wrapping open_mkdir_at() in RET_NERRNO().
