Subject: [PATCH] units: add /run/varlink/registry/ symlink to
 systemd-report.socket

The symlink for the varlink registry in /run/varlink/registry is
missing for systemd-report.socket. This looks like an oversight
(per 382f141fea it seems to qualify) so add it so that
consumers like the varlink-http-bridge can expose it automatically.
