Akihiro Suda 7367ba466d docs/deprecated.md: fix wording about cgroup v1 deprecation 
The previous wording could be misinterpreted as if
at least one branch would still support cgroup v1
even after May 2029.

The following features are deprecated:

cgroup v1 v1.4.0 (May 2029)
  • The latest release in May 2029 may not necessarily support cgroup v1, but there will be at least one maintained branch with the support for cgroup v1 until that month. No branch will support cgroup v1 after that.
