Justin M. Keyes cd280bb81d test: exrc tests race with ShaDa write of orphaned child

Problem:
The "exrc from cwd" tests leave the :terminal child running. clear()
hangs it up, and it writes ShaDa to Xstate while after_each() deletes
it, so the rename fails and logs E136:

    WRN … getout:880: Exiting with error: "E136: Do not forget to remove
    Xstate/nvim/shada/main.shada.tmp.a or rename it manually to
    Xstate/nvim/shada/main.shada."

Solution:
Quit the child before clear().
