"git" is not informed that all Vim files in vim_na_files.txt are N/A
to Neovim.
Git requires "exclude" pathspec (:^) to use vim_na_files.txt.

pathspec supports globs and character ranges.
Migrate regexs from vim_na_regexp.txt to optimize grep.

Some "*cp125[01]*" files from Vim remain applicable to Neovim.
Do not auto-N/A their patches.
