Regenerate the protobuf bindings using Go 1.27.
The descriptor contents are unchanged. The generated diffs are limited to
the gzip-compressed raw descriptors embedded in the generated Go files.
Go 1.27 changed the `compress/flate` encoder to improve compression
performance. In this case, the new encoder marks the preceding DEFLATE block
as final instead of appending an empty final block, making each compressed
descriptor three or four bytes smaller.
Go 1.27 explicitly allows the exact encoded output to differ as a result of
this encoder change:
