027355d7b3 container/stream: TestRaceUnbuffered: put unused testing.T to use
Some linters were complaining about the testing.T not being used; put
it to use to silence the linter.

89aa33001e container: remove // import comments
These comments were added to enforce using the correct import path for
our packages ("github.com/docker/docker", not "github.com/moby/moby").
However, when working in go module mode (not GOPATH / vendor), they have
no effect, so their impact is limited.

Remove these imports in preparation of migrating our code to become an
actual go module.

4619b14403 refactor: rename attach config var
This var for the incoming attach request.
Just within this one function we also have `cfg`, and `ctr` already, so
`c` just makes things more confusing.
Not to mention `c` is usually referencing a container object in other
parts of the code.

50d3028464 Fix fd leak/goroutine when attaching stdin only
When only stdin is attached the goroutine can only ever exit if:

1. The container pipe is closed while trying to write to it
2. The client closes the stdin read pipe

This is because `io.Copy` does a read on the read side then a write to
the write side.
If reading from the client's stdin pipe blocks, the goroutine will never
get notified that the container pipe is closed.

7d62e40f7e Switch from x/net/context -> context
Since Go 1.7, context is a standard package. Since Go 1.9, everything
that is provided by "x/net/context" is a couple of type aliases to
types in "context".

Many vendored packages still use x/net/context, so vendor entry remains
for now.

0cd4ab3f9a pkg/package: remove promise package
The promise package represents a simple enough concurrency pattern that
replicating it in place is sufficient. To end the propagation of this
package, it has been removed and the uses have been inlined.

While this code could likely be refactored to be simpler without the
package, the changes have been minimized to reduce the possibility of
defects. Someone else may want to do further refactoring to remove
closures and reduce the number of goroutines in use.

4921171587 Update ContainerWait API
This patch adds the untilRemoved option to the ContainerWait API which
allows the client to wait until the container is not only exited but
also removed.

This patch also adds some more CLI integration tests for waiting for a
created container and waiting with the new --until-removed flag.

6380e3d939 Refactor attaches copyEscapable
`copyEscapable` is a copy/paste of io.Copy with some added handling for
checking for the attach escape sequence.

This removes the copy/paste and uses `io.Copy` directly. To be able to
do this, it now implements an `io.Reader` which proxies to the main
reader but looks for the escape sequence.

2ddec97545 Move attach code to stream package
This cleans up attach a little bit, and moves it out of the container

Really `AttachStream` is a method on `*stream.Config`, so moved if from

In addition, uses a config struct rather than passing around tons and
tons of arguments.
