Before this, if `forceRemove` is set the container data will be removed
no matter what, including if there are issues with removing container
on-disk state (rw layer, container root).
In practice this causes a lot of issues with leaked data sitting on
disk that users are not able to clean up themselves.
This is particularly a problem while the `EBUSY` errors on remove are so
prevalent. So for now let's not keep this behavior.

The cgo in `meminfo_solaris.go` initializes variables in for loops, and
therefore requires a `-std=c99` `CFLAG` in order to compile (at least on
modern SmartOS).

This remove a dependency on `go-check` (and more) when using
`pkg/idtools`. `pkg/integration` should never be called from any other
package then `integration`.

These fields are needed to specify the exact version of Windows that an
image can run on. They may be useful for other platforms in the future.
This also changes image.store.Create to validate that the loaded image is
supported on the current machine. This change affects Linux as well, since
it now validates the architecture and OS fields.

Save was failing file integrity checksums due to bugs in both
Windows and Docker. This commit includes fixes to file time handling
in tarexport and system.chtimes that are necessary along with
the Windows platform fixes to correctly support save. With this
change, sysfile_backups for windowsfilter driver are no longer
needed, so that code is removed.

The client API at fsouza/go-dockerclient has dependencies on packages in
the docker/docker repository which currently do not build on Solaris. In
particular, stat_unsupported.go makes use of the Mtimespec field of the
syscall.Stat_t struct, which is not present on Solaris, and a number of
Unix-specific packages do not list Solaris in their compile targets.
This commit adds enough support to be able to build
fsouza/go-dockerclient on SmartOS using Go 1.5.1 without affecting other
platforms.

All the go-lint work forced any existing "Uid" -> "UID", but seems to
not have the same rules for Gid, so stat package has calls UID() and
Gid().
