ab35df454d remove pre-go1.17 build-tags 
Removed pre-go1.17 build-tags with go fix;

    go mod init
    go fix -mod=readonly ./...
    rm go.mod

7fc1795cdf Allows to set generic knobs on the Sandbox 
Refactor the ostweaks file to allows a more easy reuse
Add a method on the osl.Sandbox interface to allow setting
knobs on the sandbox
