Charles Brunet 14cd82080f qt: fix compile_moc with empty sources or headers ...

In qtmodule.compile_moc(), sources and headers arguments were wrongly
marked as `allow_empty=False`, causing the default `[]` value to raise
an exception. While having both arguments empty is not allowed (which is
verified in the _compile_moc_impl() function), having one or the other
is absolutely possible.
