This adds a CLAUDE.md and GEMINI.md, which simply reference the
AGENTS.md. This is unfortunately requried as claude and gemini do not
read AGENTS.md otherwise.
This is copied from GStreamer commit
d08375499c279a56c0e77c928fbeae0d80cdf937, with the following changes
made:
- Removal of the security researcher exception. Meson is an interpreter
able to run arbitrary code as a given user. We simply don't have the
same threat/security model as GStreamer
- Change "GStreamer" to "Meson"
- Adjust project description to match Meson. Mostly the GStreamer
description is good, but
- Changed "GitLab" to "GitHub"
- Changed "MR" and "merge request" to "PR" and "pull request"
- Added rule about "discussions" as well as issues and pull requests
- some cleanup to punctuation as suggested by @tristan957
- removal of maintainer override as suggested by @tristan957 and
@bonzini
- Remove potentially contradictory instructions about being precise vs
concise
- Attempt to emphasise the human to human interaction requirement
