Patrick Ohly 6facac2705 kube-controller-manager: pass context to all constructors ...

This is for consistency with other controller constructors which truly need a
context already during construction because they spawn goroutines. Constructors
which don't do that (yet) can trivially retrieve the logger with FromContext.
