imusmanmalik 50d6899352 fix: skip eviction metrics for terminating pods ...

addConditionAndDeletePod returned nil both after deleting the pod and
when the pod already had a DeletionTimestamp, so maybeDeletePod counted
pods that someone else was deleting in the deletion metrics and in the
DeviceTaintRule evicted pod count.
