Andrew GrimbergandCopilot edef45e495 Test: Run entity_id rename tests unconditionally ...

The in-place rename test was skipped, and the timer assertions were
guarded, on Home Assistant releases without async_entity_id_changed.
2026.11 is now the minimum, so drop the capability check and always
run them.
