Teknium 43cc33ec6f fix: address review — Feishu plain .ogg stays a file, Ogg duration walks pages ...

- Feishu routed .ogg/.opus to an "audio" (voice) message by extension even
  for send_document / is_voice=False; Opus is now an audio message only when
  the caller requested one.
- Discord _ogg_opus_duration walks page headers by segment table instead of
  rfind("OggS"), which could match packet data and misread the granule.
- Tests: successful transcode path (bytes, duration, temp removed), OggS run
  inside packet data, Feishu plain .ogg/.opus and the voice-intent control.
