Teknium 8819d88308 test(mcp): a same-named stdio server gets its own child per profile ...

With the served HERMES_HOME pinned into the stdio child env, two profiles
running the same server no longer share one child: the shared child ran in
the first profile's home, which is the bug this PR fixes. Approved by
Teknium (per-profile children over cross-profile reuse).
