Review (nits 5, 10): the ddgs worker's marker and comment said its 30 s cap kills the worker's
group; _terminate_and_reap signals the worker pid only. The WhatsApp adapter still described
adopting a crashed gateway's bridge, which no longer survives its gateway (it is spawn_owned);
adoption now only meets a bridge a pre-update gateway or another process left, and needs no
re-pair. Comments only.
