The video-note support added a second, line-for-line copy of the video branch in _observed_media_source and _handle_media_message, differing only in the attribute read and the log label. Take `msg.video or msg.video_note` once in each place instead, keeping the "video note" label for circles, and rejoin the video_note entry of the _media_message_type table onto the next line. adapter.py is over the 2,000-line cap, where units may only shrink: this brings the file back to its origin/main line count (7380), so the PR adds no lines to it. Behaviour is unchanged; the video and video-note cases of test_native_video_is_cached and test_reply_to_a_video_note_caches_it still pass, and each still fails with its branch removed.
