Rewrite the browser feature page, configuration, tools/toolsets/env-var/pm
references, docker, windows, bot-screen, termux/installation and the secondary
developer-guide/integration/feature pages (EN + zh-Hans): drop agent-browser,
the built-in browser_* tools, browser.backend and /browser use; document
browser.executable_path / browser.user_data_dir / browser.chromium_args and the
AGENT_BROWSER_* migration; point Camofox users to 'hermes plugins install camofox'.
