calvinnwq eb1d54ad76 fix(kanban): attribute worker turns to the dispatcher, not the operator
The dispatcher spawns `hermes chat -q "work kanban task <id>"` with no turn
author, so memory providers filed the dispatcher prompt and the worker's reply
under the human user's peer. Honcho, for example, derived facts such as
"the user mentioned kanban task t_..." and promoted worker progress notes into
the user's profile.

The spawn now sets HERMES_TURN_AUTHOR to a bot author (`bot:kanban`), and the
non-quiet `-q` one-shot path consumes it the same way `-Q` already does and
forwards it to every turn of the run, including recovery and goal follow-ups.
Providers that understand bot authors route these turns away from the human
peer; a human `-q` run keeps today's unattributed call shape.
