Maciej Lisiewski d5442d0a47 fix(google_meet): say-queue appends survive the speaker's rewrite ...

The bot's speaker re-reads say_queue.jsonl after speaking and rewrites it
without the spoken head; a meet_say append from the agent process landing
between the re-read and the rewrite was truncated away, so a request
reported as enqueued was never spoken. Appenders and the speaker's
re-read+rewrite now share a cross-process lock beside the queue file.
