v1.0.20 offers seconds-based auto-refresh intervals (5/10/15/30/60 seconds or Manual only) and removes the stale "Auto-refresh every 60 seconds" row that the interval picker had left behind. A stored interval that is no longer offered now maps to the nearest one instead of silently disabling polling.
