Root and desktop engines.node move from '^22.22.0 || ^24.11.0 || >=26.0.0' to '>=26', and the website's from '>=20.0' to '>=26.0' (PM already pins Node 26.12.1). The lockfile workspace engine mirrors, the CONTRIBUTING prerequisite, the tests-js engine-policy table and the bootstrap-installer release workflow's setup-node pin (24.11.1 -> 26.12.1, which engine-strict would now reject) follow.
