On an insecure origin the Webapp has no mediaDevices, so dictation and live voice reported the generic "This runtime does not support microphone recording." The Webapp now says to open it over HTTPS or through an SSH tunnel to 127.0.0.1, like the bot screen does. Native Desktop keeps the old text.
