Teknium 4e359b3623 test(slack): clear SLACK_THREAD_FOLLOWUP_SILENCE between tests ...

load_gateway_config() bridges slack.thread_followup_silence into the env as
a side effect, like the sibling Slack gating flags, so add it to the
force-cleared list to keep it from leaking between tests.
