title: Priors
description: "Pay HTTP 402 (x402) APIs on credit: when the agent's wallet is short, it borrows the gap in USDG from its Priors credit line on Robinhood Chain, pays, and repays; before paying another ERC-8004 agent it reads that agent's repayment record. Portable Agent Plugins v1 package (mcp.json + skills/), no Python or executables. Disclosure — payments plugin for Priors: the priors-wallet server runs the local priors-mcp command (npm @priors/mcp, installed by the user, not bundled; the README pins 0.14.1) and signs payments, loans, repayments, savings, stock and market trades and Autopay allowances in USDG on Robinhood Chain mainnet with the key named by PRIORS_KEY_FILE (or PRIORS_KEY) in the profile's .env; both servers are marked untrusted, so Hermes asks before every write-capable call, and where nobody can answer (chat -q, cron, the gateway without a prompt) the call is declined and nothing is paid; pay_url pays only https hosts listed in PRIORS_PAY_HOSTS when it is set (any public https host when it is not), at most max_price_usd a call, and borrows only when max_borrow_usd is given (a loan is at least the pool's minimum, 5 USDG today); a loan more than three days late can be marked defaulted, which ends the agent's record on Priors; the hosted read-only server (https://mcp.priors.trade/mcp) receives the tools' public arguments (agent ids, addresses) and counts connections by the client's runtime name only; the tool sets are served by @priors/mcp and the hosted server at runtime and are not covered by the pinned sha."
